Can i have my order sent to a different delivery address?
We understand that many customers are at work during the day and may like to take delivery there, or want to send their purchases as gifts, so you can have items sent to a different delivery address, but we will need your billing address as well. When you proceed to checkout you will be given this option. If you are ordering by phone please be sure to include both your home address, and the delivery address, if different.

How will I know that you've received my order?
Your order will be confirmed on screen immediately and you will also receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note that if you have ordered by phone and haven't provided an email address you won't receive an email.
What if I need my order the next day? We offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service within the UK for orders placed Monday to Friday which costs £5.99. Your order must be received by 1pm and it will arrive by Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day. However, please remember that we aim to dispatch orders on the day they are received, so it is more than likely that your order may arrive the next day without the surcharge, but we are unable to guarantee this.
Can I place an order from outside the UK?
Yes, you can place an order from anywhere in the world, as long as your credit card has a billing address in either the UK, Western Europe, USA or Canada. Many people use Urban Things to send presents to friends & family.
I know what I'm looking for - how do I find it?
At the top of the navigation panels on the left of your screen you will find search options, if you enter either the brand of the item you want, or the product name, our search engine should be able to locate the product for you.

I'm not sure what I want - how do I browse the site and look for ideas?
There are several ways of browsing through Urban Things. The products are arranged by category in the navigation bar to the left of your screen, click on the link to be taken to items in each section. If your looking for accessories for a particular iPod or games console you can search by the particular iPod or console that you own.
